Individual Excellence, is a powerful set of games designed to explore
a framework of performance and learning styles. More than a dozen training
activities are included in this package: eight card games, two board games,
and a classification game. By playing the games, people become fluent
in the characteristics of different performance and learning styles. These
games are based on the Building Excellence Survey.
RITA...A Game of Risk
RITA is a spine-tingling game of risk that challenges the most
logical of thinkers. Teams work together to solve a complex problem using
communication, teamwork, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Each team is challenged with the task of determining Who Drinks the Water
and Who Owns the Zebra. Teams accomplish this by working efficiently and
effectively using a set of clue cards and resource cards. RITA includes
enough material for three teams of between 4 and 6 people.
Murder Mystery
Murder Mystery is an interactive, experiential game that adds value
to any training or learning experience. Whether the goal is developing
high-performing individuals, intact teams, project teams, or cross-functional
teams, you will find this game to be one that belongs in your library.
Individuals and teams benefit by recognizing the attitudes, beliefs, and
behaviors that affect performance. Murder Mystery includes enough material
for three teams of between 4 and 6 people.
